Culture of blame
When you decide to blame something on someone in the scrum team, it is the beginning of the end for you and your team. when the culture of blame takes place, you have forgotten the core value of scrum that the team is responsible for the outcome and not the individuals.
The first step toward solving a problem is accepting there is one
If this step is missed in your company then people may attack one obvious target and blame everything on him/her and the collapse will be the result of such actions.
If you don't think agile then moving toward scrum with half-based knowledge is fine only f you are willing to learn and not get frustrated and blame your own shortcoming on others.
