fear of known VS fear of the unknown
The second principle of the scrum states: "Welcome changing requirements, even late in development. Agile processes harness change for the customer’s competitive advantage."
there are two sides to being unwelcoming to changes
people are either afraid of what they know and what they don't or might know. so in such cases which one is scarier?
fear of the known or fear of the unknown?
I will discuss this concept in detail in the upcoming week but I would like to know what you think about this concept?
