Course Material All trainers (PSTs) should use the same material in their classes combined with their delivery style. Each course material is created with at least two stewards and the supervision of Ken Schwaber. So, you see consistent and high-quality materials in each course. Trainers (CSTs) create their own materials on themselves. So, you can see various content, and quality based on who is your trainer.
Getting Certification Attending a training course is not mandatory. Passing assessments are usually difficult. You must attend a training course, then take the related exam if needed. Passing assessments are usually easy.
