*** IS THIS BOOTCAMP FOR ME?! ***

Dear New Scrum Master,

Your company has recently asked you to take over the Scrum Master role within your Scrum Team, or maybe you've personally chosen to pursue a leadership position in your company after years of working as an implementer (like a developer, business analyst, QA, etc.).

Then, obviously, you are at the beginning of your Scrum Mastery journey, which is a challenging adventure.

Mehdi Hoseini

Yes, this bootcamp is for you if you are experiencing these worries and fears:

  • You feel anxious: Picture yourself in your first month on the job. You simply don’t know where to start, and you feel lost, anxious, and overwhelmed.
  • No mess up: You don’t want to mess up, and you feel time is tight and you need to prove yourself soon.
  • You want to prove yourself: You want to prove that your company has made the right decision by appointing you to the Scrum Master role.
  • You need a practical pathway: You want to solidify your position in your Scrum Team within the first few months, but you don’t have a practical pathway to do it.
  • Not being a simple meeting facilitator: You don’t want to be seen as just a simple meeting facilitator, but you don’t know how to avoid it.
  • You want to be unignorable: You desire to be seen as a highly valuable member of the Scrum Team who has a real effect on the way that the team works and delivers product to the market, but you simply don’t know how.
  • You need quick wins: You want to create some quick wins to show that you are on the right track, but you don’t know where your first focus points should be.
  • Lack of a comprehensive practical toolkit: You want to demonstrate that your service is practical and tangible, yet you lack a comprehensive toolkit to use as a source of initiatives.
  • You want to learn from a credible master: You want proven, battle-tested techniques and tools, straight from a master who's used them in the field. The problem? No credible source like that exists on the market today.

If You Nodded Or Said “Yes” To Any Of The Above, Then This Bootcamp Is 100% For You!

Mehdi Hoseini

Mehdi Hoseini
Scrum.org PST and certifications

A terrible failure in 2013 was my turning point to step into the Agile and Scrum world.

I have been working in the software industry for 20+ years. First, I was a developer for around 10 years.

1- My Terrible Failure
Around 2013, I was part of a team developing software in the oil and gas sector. We used the waterfall model. So, we went into a “cave,” confident we understood exactly what our clients needed. After two years of hard work, we came out of the cave, but shockingly, no one wanted our product. It was like the end of the world for me. As we self-funded the project, I myself lost 100K USD.

2- Turning Point
After a few months, I started investigating to understand what had happened so that we failed. During that investigation, I got familiar with Scrum and Agile. So, I made a definite decision to go to the highest level of knowledge of Scrum that we could imagine. Since then, I have been serving companies and teams as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Coach.

3- Teaching Start
In 2017, I started teaching Scrum. Up to now, I have taught 2000+ Scrum learners worldwide. In 2018, I joined Scrum.org’s train-the-trainer program, and it took me 4 years to finally become their Professional Scrum Trainer (PST).

4- What I do now
At the moment, I am a full-time Scrum trainer with a focus on running only Scrum.org classes (PSM, PSM-AIE, PSPO-AIE, and PSPO). I live in the Netherlands in a small, beautiful city near Amsterdam with my family.

5- Dance of learning performance
Teaching is my passion. When I teach, I feel alive. I believe running a class is not a simple teaching session. It is like a music or dance performance. Because of that, my students get an exceptional experience of learning. They leave the class saying, " Wow, " and acknowledge that the class exceeded their expectations. Read my students' reviews to see how they experience classes.

For me, class attendees are not just simply students. They are my friends helping me have a thriving training business. In return, they have my full support in their professional Scrum career. A great deal of friendship, support, and business.

I highly recommend this PSM I training

“I highly recommend this PSM I training. The trainer, Mehdi Hoseini, is a true professional with a lot of knowledge and practical experience. The training was intensive, but it was very well structured and divided into interesting and relevant sessions, which made it easier to stay focused and engaged throughout. What I especially appreciated was the interactive approach. It was not one-way communication where the trainer simply presents the material. I was actively involved, asked questions, discussed different situations, shared my experiences, and had the opportunity to think through Scrum concepts by myself. The combination of theory, practical examples, discussions, and active participation made the training both challenging and valuable. I finished the training with a much clearer understanding of Scrum and the Scrum Master's role.”

Excellent Course and Outstanding Teacher

“I had a fantastic experience with this class. The course was very well structured and included a lot of real-life practice, which made it easy to understand the concepts and apply them in practical situations. The teacher was outstanding—knowledgeable, engaging, and always willing to help. They explained everything clearly and created a supportive learning environment that made the classes both enjoyable and effective. What I appreciated most was the hands-on approach and the focus on real-world examples rather than just theory. It helped me build confidence and develop skills that I can use immediately. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a practical, high-quality learning experience. Thank you for such a great class!”

Professional, Friendly, and Fun Experience

“I appreciated the time and effort that @Mehdi Hoseini put into organizing our class session with course presentations + activities. We learned many things throughout our journey together, with one important aspect of the course being more towards a fun experience and not a scripted event. I can confidently say that Mehdi was very friendly, professional, and went out of his way to accommodate to each classroom member's questions or troubleshooting needs. ^^”

He explained the concepts very clearly, encouraged questions and discussions, and used practical examples that made everything much easier to understand. The training was very engaging and helped me strengthen my understanding of Scrum significantly. I really appreciated his knowledge, teaching style, and the way he shared his experience with us. The pleasure of learning with a wise person

“Mehdi is an expert in the subject he teaches. He is an excellent trainer, teacher and pleasant person. He encourages us to rise to the challenge of learning rather than dispensing his academic knowledge from a position of authority. He makes us feel very secure by allowing us to make mistakes. Indeed, mistakes are one of the best ways to learn. I highly recommend taking a course with Mehdi for anyone who wants to learn more about Scrum. Thank you, Mehdi.”
