More than 20 years of experience in the software industry and 10 years of work as a Scrum Master showed me that high-performing teams are not built unless by developing a constructive attitude.

 

You know, attitude is the composition of our way of thinking, feeling, and acting. However, it is created by nurturing our 6 higher faculties of imagination, reasoning, will, perception, memory, and intuition.

 

Hence, my main focus is helping teams develop those marvelous faculties in favor of creating a professional proactive attitude. Being a high-performing team is the natural result of this effort. So, I have consciously redefined myself from a Scrum Master to an Attitude Master.
