Alexander's Bio

Over 20 years experience as a Developer, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Professional Scrum Trainer who is passionate about building high performing organisations and teams, growing Agile cultures, and enabling people to be more efficient and effective in delivering value.

Early on as a developer, Alex saw the benefits of scrum but the importance of technical excellence to enable a team to iteratively deliver a high quality and maintainable product at a sustainable pace.  And to maximise the value delivered, the need to continuously collaborating & working with the Product Owner and Stakeholders to achieve this.  Since 2008, you can say Alex has been there, done it, and has the scars to prove it.  

To date, Alex focus is helping organisations transform to achieve a sustained competitive advantage by adopting agile principles and practices, and a culture of continuous improvement across all levels from the executive leaders to the delivery teams.  With a real passion in helping others achieve the technical excellence mindset & principles needed and explore & establish the complementary practices that could help them.

As a Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer, Alex wants to help others share his passion for Scrum, the benefits it can bring, and gain a real insight into how they can use the Scrum Framework in the real world to really get stuff done!
