Magdalena Firlit is a Professional Scrum Trainer and an experienced Scrum coach, Scrum Master, graduated life & business coach (ICF diploma), mentor, Agile coach, graduated trainer, and consultant at magdalenafirlit.com She is a founder and CEO of the company Agile in the Spotlight.

In 2008, during her postgraduate university course, she discovered Scrum as an effective framework. From that time, she has been successively learning how to apply Scrum, spread it, and improve product delivery.

She works worldwide with big companies (+10 000) as well as with medium and small size ones, helping them improve their empirical approach, value delivery, and business agility.

As a consultant and trainer, she collaborates with several business domains: IT, pharmacy, medicine, banking, gaming, marketing, automotive industry.

Magdalena cooperates with the whole organization, from decision-makers to Scrum Teams, to better understand their needs and be more effective in terms of consulting and training.

In particular, Magdalena is interested in outcomes from Agile Transformation in companies and running experiments, especially with UX involvement. Also, she is happy when observing how empiricism beautifully works for complex domains and finally increases the products' value.

She is also passionate about the Evidence-Based Management framework, introducing the concept to the organizations since 2015.

She also shares her experience widely as an international speaker at conferences and business events. As a creator of the Agile Series at Women in Technology, she provides workshops and teaches all people interested in Scrum and Agility. Magdalena is frequently invited as a guest lecturer at several universities (subject: Agile Leadership). She was also a co-organizer of the first Liberating Structures meetup in Poland.

Recently, she has taken the responsibility of the Stewardship for the Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials course.
