This week, We had a couple of meetings at the office. The purpose was to make an alignment between technical engineers and product guys on what we should do for the next 6 months. You may think, what? 6 months?! Can you consider yourselves agile and participate in this kind of delusional supervision about the complex world of products. Totally, you may be right on your point, but I had another target here and it was facilitating a tough conversation between engineers and product managers. Some moments of these long meetings were wonderful because most of my people participated actively and positively to help each other figure out challenges and unclear concerns. I hope we can contribute better in the future by using this mindest on daily basis.

این هفته چندین جلسه در شرکت داشتیم. هدف این جلسات این بود که بین مهندسان فنی و مدیران محصول در مورد آنچه که باید برای 6 ماه آینده انجام دهیم، هماهنگی ایجاد کنیم. ممکن است فکر کنید، چی؟ 6 ماه؟! آیا می توانید خود را چابک بدانید و در اینچنین جلسات دارای دیدگاه متوهم در مورد دنیای پیچیده محصولات شرکت کنید. در مجموع، ممکن است این دیدگاه شما درست باشد، اما من در اینجا هدف دیگری داشتم و آن تسهیل یک گفتگوی دشوار بین مهندسان و مدیران محصول بود. برخی از لحظات این جلسات طولانی، واقعا فوق‌العاده بودند، چون اکثر بچه های تیم به طور فعال و مثبت برای کمک به یکدیگر و کشف چالش‌ها و نگرانی‌های نامشخص شرکت کردند. امیدوارم بتوانیم در آینده با استفاده از این ذهنیت به دست آمده در امور روزانه مشارکت بهتری در کارها داشته باشیم.

Ownership is one of the most important attitudes in a team. Our Product Owner has gone on a short vacation and asked our external parties, people, to follow their requirements and issues with the three of us. We appreciate him because of his trust and try to do our bests when he needs a little rest.
