Why this course?!

Continuous improvement is a foundational trait of a Scrum Team. But improvement needs data. If you want to improve something, you need to know where you stand right now and where you want to be in your ideal state.
So, if you want to improve your Scrum Team performance, you have to know their current performance level.

Unfortunately, measuring the performance of a team is not that simple. It involves several categories of parameters.
It is like comparing two cars. To do so, you need to consider multiple parameters like safety, fuel consumption, cost of maintenance, durability, brand reputation, environmental impact, comfort, and many more …

The same story applies to Scrum Teams. On the other hand, Scrum Masters always want to have a reliable process to bring performance data to the team to have more quality conversations and better retrospectives to make the right decision on where they should improve.

But there is no concrete, structured process and model to define the right metrics for their context, collect data, digest it, and create insights to be used as the base for continuous improvement.

It was the main reason that I decided to build this course to give you a practical, concrete way to design and setup a performance evaluation system for your Scrum Team. This is a completely practical class, using a case study, forcing you to design a performance evaluation system in the class.

You leave the class empowered to implement the same process at your work right the day after the class. So, don’t miss this unique opportunity for growth that you cannot find anywhere else.
