I am so excited to share with you what it means to be a Professional Scrum Product Owner.

Whether you're ready to advance your experience in the industry, or have been thrown in the deep end, the PSPO course is designed to teach you about product ownership and explore product management.

PSPO is the cutting-edge course for Product Owners, agile product managers and anyone responsible for a product’s success in the market. Over the 2 days, participants will develop and solidify their knowledge of being a Product Owner through instruction and team-based exercises. The breadth of the role’s responsibilities in delivering a successful product will become more clear from an agile perspective. The mechanics of the Scrum framework and the accountability of a Professional Scrum Product Owner will be explored. Metrics will be identified to track the creation of value and the successful delivery of the product to the marketplace. The ability to maximise value and enhance business agility will be the ultimate learning outcome. The course will further prepare the participants for the globally recognized Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification exam (PSPO I), and includes a free attempt at the same.

The PSPO course is much more than just a set of slides and an instructor. In this course, and in particular in the live-virtual format, participants will work collaboratively on real-life cases with other classmates and learn together as a team. As an experienced senior consultant, I, the trainer, will bring my own journey both as a Product Owner and from coaching Product Owners, to the course, to help you navigate product ownership can look like for you and your organisation.

All participants completing the PSPO course receive one password to take the PSPO I assessment. PSPO class participants who attempt the PSPO I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost. 

You are also entitled to a 40% discount on the PSPO II assessment once passing the PSPO I. The industry-recognized PSPO certifications require a minimum passing score.

For participants:

Should the participants need to withdraw their registration, they are able to do so for a full refund 10 business days before the scheduled class date. They are able to reschedule to a preferred date, where available, at no cost. 

Participants can withdraw for a 75% refund 5 business days before the scheduled class date, or reschedule to a preferred date, where available, at no cost. 

Any more last minute cancellations and refunds will need to be co-ordinated case-by-case directly with the trainer.

For  the trainer:

If the class needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, the trainer will endeavor to inform the participants no later than 5 business days before the scheduled class date, with the option for a full refund to the participants.
